I waited months for the two area rugs I ordered to be shipped and then two runners were shipped instead of the rugs I ordered.
I am now going through the process of returning the incorrect runners and waiting for the correct rugs to be shipped.
However Rugs Direct is making the return easy since it was their error, which is why I am giving them three stars.
Excellent service, good prices, prompt delivery, my only one small complaint is a lack of communication. I didn't even know the rug had been shipped when it arrived.

It was the wrong color - no where near the appearance on the webpage. Now it's a great inconvenience to have to return the item. I really liked the color and pattern in the photo.
I ordered a rug that appeared to have colors appropriate for our house. The ordering was seamless and easy to complete. The rug arrived in a fair amount of time - and in good condition.
Unfortunately, the rug did not match as hoped and I had to return it. Again, the process was well handled. However, when I followed the instructions and took the rug for return, the UPS fee was more than half the value of the rug. When i reached out to Customer Service, i was informed I would get a better price. I was given a UPS pickup and better fee. Still over $100 but better. ALl and all i would buy from them again. Just need to be careful about my selections in case i need to return
The worse company I have ever dealt with.
Check the billing policy carefully- most likely you have agreed to allow them to take automatic payments. Which they will do. They helped themselves twice to my checking account - which affected other bill payments I had scheduled.
I was penalized for receiving the wrong rug that they had shipped to my house. I live in VT and the rug was intended for someone in Bronx NY. I had to email photos and fill out a claim and had to pay for that rug! Which they automatically deducted from my account.
Customer service is terrible.
I reported them to the BBB.
Buyer beware.
I bought a pillow for $45 and didn't like it. no free returns. It cost me $15 to ship and that's the cheapest I could find. I sure hope I like the rug I've purchased because its too costly to return. I won't be buying any items from Rugs direct anymore
